酱炒虾仁

这是我从小的记忆,我那“最爱吃的”记忆~♥
简单又好吃的料理不需要很复杂,味入人心,会边吃边不知觉地扒光饭的, 对我来说就是好吃😋!

我最爱甜咸味的食物了,这道料理有着洋葱丝及虾仁的甜味,生抽和蚝油的咸味,和那热腾腾的米饭是绝配啊~

{酱炒虾仁}

材料:
12只 中虾或小虾(完全去壳)
1汤匙 食油
半粒 洋葱(切🔪丝)
200ml 热开水

调味料:
1汤匙半 生抽
1/2汤匙 蚝油
1茶汤匙 糖(*不放也可以)
1茶匙 老抽(调色)

煮法:
1.锅中加入食油,下洋葱丝,中火翻炒至软带透明,倒入虾仁翻炒几下。

2.倒入热开水,加入所有的调味料,焖煮片刻即可。

📝备注:
* 汁的份量随喜, 我这是保留些酱汁配饭的,好好吃呢~😋。
* 建议以文火焖煮虾仁不宜焖过久,不然虾仁会煮过老。

A memorised taste of a dish that I always have in my mind.

Just simple way of cooking this👉Stir-Fried Prawns with Soy Sauce.

Ingredients:
12 Prawns
1tbsp Cooking Oil
half cut Onion(julienned)
about 200ml Hot Boiled Water

for Seasoning:
1.1/2tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1/2tbsp Oyster Sauce
1tsp Sugar(*optional)
1tsp Dark Soy Sauce(for coloured)

Cooking Method:
1. add the cooking oil into the frying wok,follow by the julienned onion,stir-fry over the med heat til the onion turned soften. Add in the prawns and continue to stir well for few seconds.

2. pour in the hot boiled water, add in the seasoning, cook for few minutes well do.

📝Notes:
* the amount of the gravy depending on your favorite, may adjust more or less.

* suggested that to cook over the med heat to cook the prawns and not to cook too long as the prawns may over cooked.
